I live next door to Hotel Ithaca at McGraw House senior housing and the Hotel Ithaca project has been a nightmare for the residents of McGraw House! Noise, dust, more noise, beep beep beep for 8-10 hours per day. Just get it done and over with! It has been years of dragging this project out. Works for Hotel Ithaca owners. Does not work for the neighborhood residents.
