This is a remarkable website. I grew up in Ithaca back in the 70’s and remember the failed urban renewal efforts on the old Ithaca Hotel Block. I remember years and years of empty lots. Chad is doing a wonderful job covering the new and well thought out developments that recognize economic development, but also access to all in the community.
